Aviapool's UK-based sales office recently donated a pallet of aircraft tooling and test equipment to the CAA Part-147 approved Aviation Maintenance Training Department at Exeter College's Future Skills Centre, based at Exeter Airport.

Nick Tucker, Aeronautical Engineering Program Leader said "Donations of equipment for training purposes can significantly contribute to the development of future engineers and professionals in the aviation industry. It's wonderful to see companies like Aviapool supporting educational initiatives like Exeter College's Part-66 basic aircraft maintenance licence training at the Future Skills Centre."

Aviapool is turning ten!!! Founded in late October 2013, Aviapool has become a trusted partner for airlines, MRO's, and aviation professionals worldwide.

Over the past decade, Aviapool has grown from a team of three with an idea, to a staff of almost thirty, with offices in North America and Europe.

Chris has an extensive range of skills and experience gained through 18 years in aviation, 12 of these as a Materials Specialist within a busy Airline/MRO environment. Sophia Webb has joined the Aviapool Exeter team in the role of Facilities & Projects Logistics Team Leader. Sophia completed her apprenticeship at Flybe, where she then joined the hangar maintenance team as a mechanic. July 2021: Aviapool welcomes Mike Sercombe to the team as Sales Support Administrator. Mike is returning to aviation following a brief sojourn in the motor trade. Mike was employed for 29 years with a UK-based MRO/Airline serving periods in the Commercial, Planning and Finance Departments, so brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Mike's skills are soundly based on a deep understanding of how an MRO/Airline operates internally, whilst also being aware of the global marketplace in which we operate. Mark died at home after a short battle with an aggressive cancer. Our hearts go out to his wife Sarah, and all of their family members.

April 30, 2021: Today, Aviapool shares that co-owner and LLC member, Stefan Fletcher will sadly be leaving us to focus on realizing his creative business ideas in the rebranding and promotion of his internet site and business. Effective May 1, 2021 Stefan will be CEO, and head of all operations and development of AVspares.com.

Most recently in the position of Aviapool Director of Marketing & Client Development, Stefan successfully ensured Aviapool a profitable 2020 during the direst of times. His strong relationship skills helped propel Aviapool from its 2013 inception to a staple source for MRO Tooling. We expect the same success with AVspares.

We wish Stefan well on his next exciting aviation related venture.
April 26: Aviapool is pleased to announce our marketing contract with – Terry Vieira. Terry joins us to specialize in Business Development. Terry launched his aerospace career at Embraer (Brazil) and then worked at McDonnell Douglas (Long Beach). After three years with Brazilian airline VASP, he joined AAXICO - a worldwide supplier of aircraft parts - which later became Kapco-Global, and then Proponent. For twenty-five years Terry served in key senior management positions in Sales, Vendor Relations and Business Development. Terry has enjoyed a long and successful career in aerospace, and Aviapool is delighted to be working with him. Aviapool is pleased to advise that we are expanding our operations in Michigan, USA and will soon be operating a new warehouse for management and control of inventory and consigned items. The warehouse is currently being fitted and these renderings show how the facility will look upon completion.
WAREHOUSE FORMAT
As with our Exeter, UK warehouse, the 1700 square foot facility in Ada, Michigan will include a workshop area for repair and overhaul of tooling, a photo booth, a receiving area, bulk storage for large items, quarantine racking for holding items for repair and racks for stock tooling.

2020
November: Aviapool's Exeter, UK facility is now able to offer refurbished and overhauled tooling located in the consignment area of our warehouse. Aviapool has several consignment agreements in place with over 3000 tools available – this is a service that we can now offer to all our customers. Our Technical Operations team is focused on developing the technical repair and overhaul sector of our business, which starts with tools being overhauled and repaired in-house by our qualified staff. Once repaired, the part is photographed, updated in our inventory, and moved to the serviceable racking area. By searching the Tool Request tab of our web page, customers can view the overhauled part before sending in an RFQ. Aviapool’s goal is to consistently provide new and improved service by offering both new and refurbished tooling for your aircraft.

Logistics Team Leader
After nearly 20 years of experience in varying practical trades
including panel beating, painting and agricultural engineering, Radek has joined our team and will be responsible for the repair and overhaul of consignment held tooling. Additionally, any facilities work required will be managed and carried out by the Technical Operations team.
With his wealth of practical knowledge, skill, and a proven track record, Radek is a key addition to Aviapool as we start to develop a technical sector of our growing business.

February: Aviapool was pleased to have hosted the recent Argo MRT Hybrid Composite training course last week at our Exeter facility. Argo Mobile Repair Team are a best in class provider of premium aircraft services specialising in metallic and composite structural repairs. Aviapool congratulates all those who attended and qualified on the TCCA/FAA Hybrid Composite course. It was a terrific week of theory and practical training delivered by Renaissance Aeronautics Associates whose courses in composite structures manufacturing, maintenance, and repair have become the benchmark for OEM and MRO facilities, engineers, and technicians worldwide. Aviapool is a global company providing around the clock assistance for the planning, supply, and sourcing of aircraft tooling equipment to the commercial aviation marketplace.

Chris has an extensive range of skills and experience gained through 18 years in aviation, 12 of these as a Materials Specialist within a busy Airline/MRO environment. By joining the team in Exeter, Chris is reconnecting with many former colleagues from Flybe, further adding to the wealth of knowledge and experience we collectively have within aviation. Sophia completed her apprenticeship at Flybe, where she then joined the hangar maintenance team as a mechanic. July 2021: Aviapool welcomes Mike Sercombe to the team as Sales Support Administrator. Mike is returning to aviation following a brief sojourn in the motor trade. Mike was employed for 29 years with a UK-based MRO/Airline serving periods in the Commercial, Planning and Finance Departments, so brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Mike's skills are soundly based on a deep understanding of how an MRO/Airline operates internally, whilst also being aware of the global marketplace in which we operate. April 30, 2021: Today, Aviapool shares that co-owner and LLC member, Stefan Fletcher will sadly be leaving us to focus on realizing his creative business ideas in the rebranding and promotion of his internet site and business. Effective May 1, 2021 Stefan will be CEO, and head of all operations and development of AVspares.com.

Most recently in the position of Aviapool Director of Marketing & Client Development, Stefan successfully ensured Aviapool a profitable 2020 during the direst of times. His strong relationship skills helped propel Aviapool from its 2013 inception to a staple source for MRO Tooling. We expect the same success with AVspares.

April 26: Aviapool is pleased to announce our marketing contract with – Terry Vieira. Terry joins us to specialize in Business Development. Terry launched his aerospace career at Embraer (Brazil) and then worked at McDonnell Douglas (Long Beach). After three years with Brazilian airline VASP, he joined AAXICO - a worldwide supplier of aircraft parts - which later became Kapco-Global, and then Proponent. For twenty-five years Terry served in key senior management positions in Sales, Vendor Relations and Business Development. Terry has enjoyed a long and successful career in aerospace, and Aviapool is delighted to be working with him. Aviapool is pleased to advise that we are expanding our operations in Michigan, USA and will soon be operating a new warehouse for management and control of inventory and consigned items. The warehouse is currently being fitted and these renderings show how the facility will look upon completion.
WAREHOUSE FORMAT
As with our Exeter, UK warehouse, the 1700 square foot facility in Ada, Michigan will include a workshop area for repair and overhaul of tooling, a photo booth, a receiving area, bulk storage for large items, quarantine racking for holding items for repair and racks for stock tooling.

2020
November: Aviapool's Exeter, UK facility is now able to offer refurbished and overhauled tooling located in the consignment area of our warehouse. Aviapool has several consignment agreements in place with over 3000 tools available – this is a service that we can now offer to all our customers. Our Technical Operations team is focused on developing the technical repair and overhaul sector of our business, which starts with tools being overhauled and repaired in-house by our qualified staff. Once repaired, the part is photographed, updated in our inventory, and moved to the serviceable racking area. By searching the Tool Request tab of our web page, customers can view the overhauled part before sending in an RFQ. Aviapool’s goal is to consistently provide new and improved service by offering both new and refurbished tooling for your aircraft.

After nearly 20 years of experience in varying practical trades
including panel beating, painting and agricultural engineering, Radek has joined our team and will be responsible for the repair and overhaul of consignment held tooling. Additionally, any facilities work required will be managed and carried out by the Technical Operations team.
With his wealth of practical knowledge, skill, and a proven track record, Radek is a key addition to Aviapool as we start to develop a technical sector of our growing business.

February: Aviapool was pleased to have hosted the recent Argo MRT Hybrid Composite training course last week at our Exeter facility. Argo Mobile Repair Team are a best in class provider of premium aircraft services specialising in metallic and composite structural repairs. Aviapool congratulates all those who attended and qualified on the TCCA/FAA Hybrid Composite course. It was a terrific week of theory and practical training delivered by Renaissance Aeronautics Associates whose courses in composite structures manufacturing, maintenance, and repair have become the benchmark for OEM and MRO facilities, engineers, and technicians worldwide. Aviapool is pleased to advise that we are expanding our operations in Michigan, USA and will soon be operating a new warehouse for management and control of inventory and consigned items. The warehouse is currently being fitted and these renderings show how the facility will look upon completion.
WAREHOUSE FORMAT
As with our Exeter, UK warehouse, the 1700 square foot facility in Ada, Michigan will include a workshop area for repair and overhaul of tooling, a photo booth, a receiving area, bulk storage for large items, quarantine racking for holding items for repair and racks for stock tooling.

2020
November: Aviapool's Exeter, UK facility is now able to offer refurbished and overhauled tooling located in the consignment area of our warehouse. Aviapool has several consignment agreements in place with over 3000 tools available – this is a service that we can now offer to all our customers. Our Technical Operations team is focused on developing the technical repair and overhaul sector of our business, which starts with tools being overhauled and repaired in-house by our qualified staff. Once repaired, the part is photographed, updated in our inventory, and moved to the serviceable racking area. By searching the Tool Request tab of our web page, customers can view the overhauled part before sending in an RFQ. Aviapool’s goal is to consistently provide new and improved service by offering both new and refurbished tooling for your aircraft.

With over 20 years of experience in the engineering sector, most of which were served with one of Europe’s largest MRO’s, Dan brings with him a wealth of technical, operational, and developmental experience. After previously heading an approved EASA Part 145 & 21 workshop facility, Dan is now tasked with developing the technical repair and overhaul sector of Aviapool, as we grow as a business and look for new opportunities to offer to our customers.

Graham Hughes
Technical Sales Representative
Graham recently joined Aviapool after five years working with a UK-based MRO. He worked within the purchasing and sales departments and brings valuable knowledge and experience to the quoting and sourcing team at Aviapool.
Graham's understanding of the aviation marketplace, and fundamental key factors like customer management and logistics, will greatly benefit Aviapool’s customer base.

Radek Modrzynski
Facilities & Projects
Logistics Team Leader
After nearly 20 years of experience in varying practical trades
including panel beating, painting and agricultural engineering, Radek has joined our team and will be responsible for the repair and overhaul of consignment held tooling. Additionally, any facilities work required will be managed and carried out by the Technical Operations team.
With his wealth of practical knowledge, skill, and a proven track record, Radek is a key addition to Aviapool as we start to develop a technical sector of our growing business.

February: Aviapool was pleased to have hosted the recent Argo MRT Hybrid Composite training course last week at our Exeter facility. Argo Mobile Repair Team are a best in class provider of premium aircraft services specialising in metallic and composite structural repairs. Aviapool congratulates all those who attended and qualified on the TCCA/FAA Hybrid Composite course. It was a terrific week of theory and practical training delivered by Renaissance Aeronautics Associates whose courses in composite structures manufacturing, maintenance, and repair have become the benchmark for OEM and MRO facilities, engineers, and technicians worldwide. Aviapool is a global company providing around the clock assistance for the planning, supply, and sourcing of aircraft tooling equipment to the commercial aviation marketplace.

February 1: Aviapool moved its UK operations to a new facility at Matford Business Park in Exeter.

The increased square footage of the new facility, allows for both an improved floor plan for our sales and marketing team as well as additional warehouse space. The end result will be an upgrade in our capability to plan, source and supply tooling equipment to the commercial aviation maintenance industry.
